We also use Google Analytics to understand site traffic — see "Cookies & Analytics" below for details. We do not collect payment information on this site.

How It's Stored and Who Sees It
Form submissions are processed through Formspree, a third-party form service, and delivered to our team's email inboxes. A copy is also sent to our internal sourcing desk for order handling. We do not sell, rent or trade your information to third parties for their own marketing purposes.
International Transfer
PackTonne's team and partner factories are based in China. If you are located in the EU, UK or elsewhere with data protection regulations, submitting a form means your information will be transferred to and processed in China for the purpose of responding to your inquiry.
Your Choices
You can ask us to update or delete the information we hold about you at any time by emailing info@packtonne.com. We will confirm the change within a few business days.
Cookies & Analytics
This site uses Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use our pages — for example, which pages are viewed and how visitors arrived at the site. Google Analytics sets cookies for this purpose. We do not use this data for advertising or cross-site profiling, and we do not combine it with the information you submit in our inquiry form.
